Likewise, as a subcontractor for its clients who use the online computerized document management system (in SaaS mode), JIS COMPUTING, the publisher of JIS Computing has completed all the necessary administrative formalities vis-à-vis -to the competent authorities, in particular European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the free movement of such data, and repealing the directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, often called GDPR). It should be noted that the information and documents deposited within JIS Computing are protected by a secure space for each client. Therefore, neither employees or service providers, nor end users whose accounts have been created by other JIS Computing clients can access the content of the documents posted in your JIS Computing space.
Article 3 : Purposes
The collection of data on JIS Computing websites pursues the following objectives:
-Implementation of the JIS Computing online document management service,

4.1 Data contained in the documents deposited in JIS Computing
The provisions relating to the data contained in the documents you deposit in JIS Computing are governed by our general conditions of use, in particular in their section named “Clauses relating to the confidentiality of personal data contained in the documents filed in JIS Computing”. Any JIS Computing end user for whom valid access has been created by a customer who has requested an account has accepted these general conditions of use.
4.2 Data processed for the implementation of the JIS Computing service
For the purposes of using the JIS Computing service, the customer who has opened an account creates access to the service. The data processed to create and manage these accesses includes a username and a password. The identifier is an email address, as this is necessary for the use of the service which requires the sending of notifications or links, in particular activation, by email. Connection data is also collected and processed, in particular the IP address used for the connection: this is necessary to be able to assist you and to satisfy our legal constraints, in particular with regard to the traceability of access and use. When you use the document sharing by email function, JIS Computing collects the email address of the recipient with whom the document is shared. This is required in order to send them the sharing link. All actions you perform on documents are logged: filing, setting up indexes, automatic indexing, sharing (including recipient address), etc. This is required for the proper functioning of the service, one of the functionalities of which is to allow actions carried out on documents to be traced and retrieved.
4.3 Location of processing
The processing that JIS Computing may carry out on personal data is carried out in data centers hosted in France (Scaleway, Paris, and OVH, Roubaix), on its premises (Aulnay-Sous-Bois, France), and at its service providers in France. The processing operations directly under the control of JIS Computing are therefore all carried out in France. If a service provider, supplier or subcontractor of JIS Computing carries out processing in a country which is not in the European Union nor in a country on the list of countries recognized as adequate while having given the necessary guarantees (for example by having joined programs such as Privacy Shield, Safe Harbor, or by having implemented Binding Business Rules (BCR), etc.), the contractual relations between JIS Computing and this third party require the implementation of appropriate guarantees .
